One approach in the 2010 book, Organizational Transformation for Sustainability: An Integral Metatheory, by Mark Edwards — which Bill Torbert, in his foreword, calls a once-in-a-generation “field-defining scholarly statement” — describes a review of paradigms in the organizational transformation literature, with conceptual lenses related to each.
